Billboard Translation
This is a billboard for the Burj Dubai. Not sure though what is meant by "old town" and "downtown" Dubai. Do those places exist?

It's how the Burj Dubai complex is marketing itself.
The Old Town is being built on the Burj Dubai site, so it's actually the new Old Town.
And Downtown is what they want the Burj Dubai complex to become known as - the downtown of Dubai.
Yeesh!
There is something immensely sweet - perhaps the quintessence of all that is Dubai - in naming something "Old Town" before it has even been built.
Nothing says Disneyland more.
