Hats off to Secret Dubai for, among many other things, including such a hilarious commentary on her blog about Daad Mohammed Murad. It made me miss being in Dubai and absorbing these totally off the wall stories you read in the press. I can only imagine how the press coverage of Daad's quest differed from Secret Dubai's.

Really though I find the situation sad - it's basically young women from third world countries being used as brood mares by this crazed man and then chucked out once their breeding peak is over. I wonder how many of them were sent back overseas, away from their children, never to see them again. Or are they all here still, divorced, struggling to bring up myriad children on very little money? I rather think they all got sent back.
