World Liberty Index

Results from the State of World Liberty Index, which ranks all of the countries in the world based upon their level of economic and political freedom, rank the UAE 95th out of 159 total countries surveyed. The notable observation about the UAE is that while ranking the highest of all Arab states overall, a large disparity exists between the economic freedom metric (65%) and the individual freedom one (23%).
